We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The role involves managing sales accounts in the BFSI, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas sectors in Nigeria.
  • The incumbent is tasked with achieving quarterly sales targets, overseeing sales activities from opportunity creation to deal closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with both Commercial and Enterprise Business Unit teams is essential to leverage existing customer relationships, create new customer connections, and expand OEM networks on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving agreed sales targets.
  • Cultivating and managing long-term business relationships at the C-level in all accounts.
  • Directly managing accounts, fostering growth, and delivering assigned business.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.
  • Supervising Internal Sales Executives for enhanced productivity and exceeding sales targets.
  • Participating in OEM and client events.
  • Writing OEM Sales Certifications as needed.
  • Generating reports on all accounts and transactions.
  • Ensuring accurate order details and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing financial information to the finance department.
  • Training sales staff and ensuring quota and goal achievement.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

  • Strong OEM network.
  • Graduate in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the Technology Space, particularly in the FSI sector.
  • Well-connected within OEMs (Cisco, HPE, DellEMC, etc.).
  • Proficient in using CRM Software.
