We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounting Officer

Location: Ajah / Lekki Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Payroll without error
  • Statutory payment calculations and deductions
  • Preparation of credit and debit note
  • Preparation of pay slips
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 6 years relevant work experience.
