Job Description

Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in Ibadan, Oyo State with business interest in supermarket, pharmacy, eatery and arcade.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Arcade Assistant

Location: Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
  • Guide or give proper explanation of workings of each game to the customers.
  • Ensure customers operate each game in line with standard guidelines.
  • Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene atthe arcade.
  • Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
  • Resolve all complaints and concerns of the customers.
  • Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security officer for necessary action.

Academic Qualification and Skills

  • Ordinary National Diploma or related qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a gaming environment.
  • Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
  • Ability to explain the operations of the arcade to customers’ effectively.
  • Attention to details and sociable personality.
  • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
