Job Title: Architect

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Remote work with one mandatory in-office day per week.

About the Role

  • We are seeking a talented and detail-orientated architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.
  • This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with one day of in-office work per week and remote work for the remainder.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design, with a strong grasp of both 2D and 3D drawing techniques.
  • You will play a key role in conceptualising, designing, and executing a wide range of architectural projects, from residential to commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and visualisations.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts and implementation.
  • Conduct site visits and provide support during construction to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations when necessary.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
  • Familiarity with rendering tools (any of Twinmotion, Lumion, or D5) is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
