We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Area Development Manager
Location:Â Lagos

Job Summary
- We’re seeking a motivated Area Development Manager (Neighborhood Sales Manager) to drive sales, build distribution, and lead a dedicated field team in assigned neighbourhoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage a Formidable Sales Team – Supervise, Mentor and develop a team of 6 (a driver and field sales personnel).
- Drive Sales and Distribution – in 10 Designated Areas with Lagos
- Market Development – Develop and implement strategies to make our products easily accessible to the food businesses (esp. Shawarma Businesses, that rely on them, every day) in your designated areas
- Achieve Growth Targets – Significantly increase revenues and meet sales goals in your assigned areas.
Qualification and Skills
- Experience:Â Minimum of 3 years of Neighborhood Sales Management experience (or equivalent).
- Leadership Abilities:Â Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Sales Savvy:Â Strong knowledge of local markets, food service distribution, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent Communication:Â Ability to communicate clearly with team members, distributors, and customers.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
- Not less than N260,000Â Monthly (T&C Applies).
