Satelite Group is a manufacturer’s representative, and importer of screens, printing materials, machines and accessories. Satelite Group Limited has been active in rendering quality services and products to customers in different states nationwide for more than a decade.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Artist

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an Artist to join our team of brilliant Artists responsible for creating appropriate brand logos and other visual elements that fit in with the campaign or goals.
  • To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Generate and develop artistic ideas
  • Create or develop a piece of work in response to a brief
  • Preparing poles, billboards and other structures for installations and mounting the signs.
  • Work off-site, adhering to health and safety procedure
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

Skills and Requirements

  • Using sign making computer aided design (CAD) software, taking designs printed on Vinyl and applying them to vehicle, known as Vinyl wrapping.
  • Making 3D letters from moulds or cutting them out from materials such as plastic, metal, perspex, wood and glass fibre.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.
  • Must reside in Asaba.
