We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Biller
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Objective / Purpose
- Confirm & process trip orders
- Generate invoices based on trips orders
- Follow up on collections.
- Collecting Trip Order data from Operations department
- Collecting Proof Of Delivery (POD) and matching to the relevant Trip Orders
- Ensuring Trip Order parameters match the rate/Sales contract
- Ensuring PODs are complete and proper. Escalate any POD related issue to relevant authorities in Operations Department.
- Generating invoices (Monthly/Trip-wise) from Trip Orders and PODs available within set time period
- Ensuring invoices are sent via mail/physical copy and acknowledged by customers
- Maintaining MIS of Invoicing & Outstanding
- Follow up on Payments/Invoices with Customers. Escalate any payment/invoice related issues to Fleet Head and Finance Controller
- Maintaining accurate record of outstanding and overdue invoices
- Sending daily reports on outstanding invoice, overdue invoices, and invoices
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
- Minimum of 3 years experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office applications.
