We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Edo, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our insurance branches in four (4) different locations.
  • As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the branches meet their business goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • You will lead a team of insurance professionals, drive sales and profitability, and promote a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staffing, budgeting, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance agents and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize branch revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the company’s insurance products and services through marketing campaigns and community engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on branch performance, including sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the branch budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resources.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel between the three branch locations as needed.
