Job Title: Brand Communications Manager

Location: Lagos

About the role 

  • The Brand Communications Manager will specialize in partnership and Public Relations and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the Company’s brand presence through partnership and effective PR Campaigns.
  • This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.


  • Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with the Company’s brand and objectives, negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Public Relations: Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand visibility and maintain a positive public image, build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, create press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to engage with the media and relevant stakeholders.
  • Media Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests, monitor media coverage and sentiments, and provide regular reports to the leadership.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks, act as a spokesperson for the Company during crisis situation and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Event Support: Support brandrelated events, product launches, and announcements through strategic communications initiatives.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of partnership and PR efforts.
  • Growth Contribute to clientele base via partnership and PR strategies, maintain and retain partnership and key relationships.
  • All other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
  • Be a reliable individual with a sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Have a great personality that can charm our audience.
  • Must have proven knowledge and relevant experience in Brands Communication or any other related discipline.
