We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager’s primary focus will be on optimizing key accounts to ensure a steady and robust revenue growth trajectory. Coordinating and supervising the Sales team will be a key responsibility, aiming to drive results and enhance overall performance management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Optimization of key accounts to deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Coordination and supervision of the Sales team to drive result/performance management.
  • Acquisition of strategic partner accounts to drive expansion.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the team from the overall business objective.
  • Trade visit for coaching and market insights at least 8 times a month.
  • Develop and improve distribution network to drive Net Numeric Distribution.
  • Take ownership of investment in trade delivering desired business ROI.
  • Weekly performance presentation for Sales Manager or Management for decision making.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc / BA or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in FMCG with (Good understanding of Modern trade/Distribution/Open market channels will be an advantage)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a team
  • Must be data insights driven with qualitative numerical skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to use MS Office suites in presenting and reporting.
