Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling expenses.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, including setting goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in a business management role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
