Tongyi Allied Mining Limited, was established in 1997. It was headquartered in Romania and its subsidiaries are throughout Europe, Asia and Africa. At present, Tongyi Allied Mining Ltd. is headquartered in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria and sets up offices in the States of Lagos, Bauchi, Plateau, Zamfara, Ogun and Ebonyi.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Specialist 

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Specialist to support our company’s strategic initiatives by analyzing business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a passion for driving efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, operations, and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, sales) to gather insights and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics to track progress against goals.
  • Support project management efforts by planning, coordinating, and executing business improvement projects.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business specialist.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, with data analysis tools as an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial principles, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and performance dashboards.
