Job Title: Business Support & Development Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To provide essential business and operational support to the Head of Business and partnerships; ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and deliverables that drive strategic initiatives, Business relationships, and company objectives at large.
  • Ensure continuity of all business relationships, retention of customers, and service delivery while showcasing business development skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and provide daily business development support services to ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing growth and customer satisfaction strategies
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically with the Head of Business & Partnerships (Internal & External)to carryout necessary sales and business planning.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs – including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Oversee outsourced social-media functions and Customer service Team
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Onboard and train CSOs.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Business & Partnerships.

Qualification and Experience

  • ND/HND/BSc in Business Management/Administration or Marketing.
  • 2 – 3 years in Business Development, Business Partnership, and Administration
  • Excellent Business relationship Management skills
  • Supervision skills
  • Good communication skills (writing, speaking, listening and understanding).

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 per month.
