Job Title: Camera Sales Manager
Location:Â Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Camera Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong customer and distributor relationships in the camera and photography equipment sector.
- The role requires a strong mix of technical product knowledge, sales leadership, and business development skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to both sales staff and clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships with retailers/distributors.
- Conduct regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
- Stay updated with the latest camera technologies, trends, and innovations.
- Daily reports and close collaborations with Chinese suppliers via WeChat.
Requirements
- ND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.
- 3 – 7 years of prior experience is Marketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must own a smart phone (Android or iPhone) with WeChat compatibility for work-related communication.
- This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to grow in sales and marketing while contributing to brand expansion and market leadership.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 (Base pay) monthly + Commission.
