Job Title: Camera Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Camera Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong customer and distributor relationships in the camera and photography equipment sector.
  • The role requires a strong mix of technical product knowledge, sales leadership, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to both sales staff and clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships with retailers/distributors.
  • Conduct regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest camera technologies, trends, and innovations.
  • Daily reports and close collaborations with Chinese suppliers via WeChat.

Requirements

  • ND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3 – 7 years of prior experience is Marketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Must own a smart phone (Android or iPhone) with WeChat compatibility for work-related communication.
  • This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to grow in sales and marketing while contributing to brand expansion and market leadership.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 (Base pay) monthly + Commission.
