Job Title: Cashier and Customer Service Representative

Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We’re on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic, customer-centric, and detail-oriented person to fill the role of our Cashier & Customer Service Representative.
  • As a Cashier and Customer Service Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to operate the ticketing kiosk with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will issue and manage park entry tickets and related transactions, handle cash, and maintain cash register accuracy.
  • Additionally, you will assist with ticketing inquiries, provide information to visitors, greet them with a friendly and welcoming attitude, address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, and offer details about the park’s offerings and services.

Job Expectations

  • Operate the ticketing kiosk with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue and manage park entry tickets and related transactions.
  • Handle cash and maintain cash register accuracy.
  • Assist with ticketing inquiries and provide information to visitors.
  • Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Provide information about the park’s offerings and services.

Requirements for this Role

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preferably someone who resides close to Mabushi District to reduce the transportation costs.

Perks & Compensation

  • Salary N65,000 – N70,000 monthly.
  • Work-life balance [4-5 days’ work including on weekends, peak periods, and public holidays]
  • Workdays: Thursday to Sunday
