Job Title: CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator
Location:Â Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description
- A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture parts and products with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading programs, setting tooling, and adjusting parameters.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine performance, detecting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks, ensuring parts meet specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and other operators to optimize production processes.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machines and replacing worn tools.
- Meet production targets, working efficiently to achieve desired output and quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding.
- Understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or certificate in CNC machining preferred.
- Completion of CNC training programs or apprenticeships.
