Job Title: Community & Investor Relations Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Community & Investor Relations Lead to own the investor experience and build a thriving community of early adopters.
  • You will manage investor communications, oversee onboarding and engagement, and foster long-term trust to unlock global fractional real estate ownership.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in community building, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication skills and a passion for fintech and real estate innovation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investor onboarding, including KYC walkthroughs, FAQs, and hand-holding support.
  • Create and execute an investor communications calendar (WhatsApp, email, webinars).
  • Act as the voice of the investor community internally, feeding feedback into product and operations.
  • Support diaspora engagement strategies and community outreach programs.
  • Organize and moderate investor forums, AMAs, and events.
  • Track investor sentiment and satisfaction metrics, reporting to leadership.
  • Build playbooks for customer success and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-6 years’ experience in customer success, community management, or investor relations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with fintech or investment products is a plus.
  • Experience building online/offline communities.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to explain financial concepts simply.

90-Day Outcomes:

  • Investor onboarding support flow is documented and operational.
  • First investor webinar or community session hosted.
  • Weekly investor comms cadence established.
  • Feedback loop with engineering and product in place.

Compensation

  • N600,000 – N800k,000 / month (pilot phase).
  • Performance bonuses tied to investor engagement & satisfaction metrics.
  • Eligible for ESOP post-funding.
