At Contec Agro, we develop organic farming products such as bioseed, biofertilizer, and bioplanting to help Africa develop its agricultural industry and ensure food security for the future. Job Title: Company Driver
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
- As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for driving our expat fleet and ensuring safe and timely transportation for our employees and clients.
- Your primary duties will include maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, navigating routes efficiently, and adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company employees, executives, and guests to various destinations as required.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure that the vehicle is always in top working condition by conducting regular inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking oil, water, lights, brakes, and tires.
- Plan routes using GPS or map applications to determine the most efficient path.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and any incidents that occur.
Qualifications
- Valid [Country / State] Driver’s License with a clean driving record with 3 – 6 years of work experience.
- Proven experience as a driver in a professional setting, preferably for corporate or executive transportation.
- Strong knowledge of local road networks and traffic laws.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and security.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including personality assessment.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience driving for expats or executive personnel is a plus.
- Familiarity with using GPS devices and mobile navigation applications.
- Basic mechanical skills for emergency situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
Salary
N105,000 – N115,000 monthly.
