Job Description

Froshtech Automotive is a leading auto repair shop serving customers across Nigeria. All automotive services are performed by a team of highly qualified auto-technicians.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Lawyer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description 

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various business issues and transactions, ensuring legal protection and risk mitigation for the company.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and provide legal support in the organization.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage external legal resources effectively.
  • Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including preparing for legal actions and representing the company’s interests.
  • Draft legal documents, including agreements, memoranda, and other legal correspondence.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the company and provide timely advice to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the HR department in developing and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Work to address legal issues that may arise during daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the ethical standards of the legal profession.
  • Carry out any other functions deemed fit and necessary as the Company Lawyer.

Requirments

  • Interested candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD with relevant experience.
