Job Title: Compliance Officer
Location:Â Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- As our Compliance Officer will ensure that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. Compliance Officer is critical to safeguarding the organization’s reputation and mitigating risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
- Certification in Compliance or Risk Management (e.g., ICA, CIBN) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
