We specialize in delivering to our clients Turn key Projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook (Lebanese & Syrian Cuisine Specialist)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose (Summary)

  • To prepare high-quality Lebanese and Syrian meals that meet established culinary standards, hygiene requirements, and organizational needs.
  • The Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting authentic dishes, ensuring consistent taste, freshness, and adherence to food safety regulations while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of authentic Lebanese and Syrian dishes daily.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
  • Plan and execute daily/weekly menus based on staff needs.
  • Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Inspect and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of food items.
  • Properly store, label, and preserve ingredients and cooked meals.
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
