A full-service Law Firm that provides full law services to clients who require utmost attention and understanding of legal issues, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Corporate Commercial lawyer is to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects of clients with the legal team in the organization.
  • Your principal goal will be to guarantee that the company’s client transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping the clients to avoid possible legal risks and violations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
  • Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Licensed to practice law from the State or National Bar Association.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly (Gross)
