Klug Import & logistics Limited is a fast-rising e-commerce brand that deals in importation, exportation and e-commerce business training.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative Intern

Location: Oyo (Remote)
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months

Description 

  • Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning new skills?
  • Klug Import & Logistics Limited is offering a 6-month paid internship program for talented individuals interested in building a career in e-commerce.

Role

  • Provide excellent customer support, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues professionally.

Who Should Apply?

  • Candidates with a high interest in customer service, web design, or digital advertising (prior knowledge is a plus)
  • Individuals who are eager to learn and grow fast in the e-commerce industry.
  • Dedicated and disciplined individuals with great remote work ethics.

Internship Benefits
Training and Mentorship:

  • The customer care representative will be trained on how to effectively follow up on customers, address inquiries and provide quality customer support.
  • The website/sales funnel designer will be trained on how to build a stunning and converting sales funnel without writing ANY single line of code.
  • The advertising agent will be trained on how to run Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads that convert.
  • Monthly Stipend: N50,000 monthly.
  • Data Allowance: 10 gig monthly.
