We sell self powered vehicles, including passenger car, trucks and other commercial vehicles. We have been in existence for 8 years. We offer satisfactory services to our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative, Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Answer customers questions.
  • Assist customers with their needs.
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with 2 – 9 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
