We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Minna, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officerwho is passionate about our mission.
  • The ideal candidate will helprepresents ourbusiness as a client support person.

Job Responsiblities

  • Managelargeamounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific feature

Job Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: BSc./ HND
  • Experience: Mid level
  • As well as formal qualifications, you should have these attributes:
  • Attention to detail – being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skill.
  • Persuasive Speaking Skills.
  • Clear communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all business units across the company
  • Amongs other skills.
