We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSAs)

Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Financial Sector
Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients financial statuses (e.g., income, expenses and liabilities)
  • Examine and suggest financial opportunities (e.g., insurance plans, investments)
  • Develop sound plans and budgets for clients
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
  • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
  • Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
  • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
  • Customize financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
  • Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions
  • Present and sell suitable financial products and services
  • Present and market financial products and services.
  • Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products.

Role Requirements

  • OND, HND, BA, B.Sc, or B.Ed qualification
  • At least 1-2 years experience in related fields

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skill.
