Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing
Location:Â Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As the Director of Sales, you will be expected to manage the operations of our sales team.
- You must be able to build and lead a team of sales representatives, leading and motivating team members to achieve their sales goals and objectives.
- You will also create and implement strategic sales plans to help build and develop enduring customer relationships with the company.
Responsibilities
- Developand execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Leadand motivate teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
- Designprogrammes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Overseesales team recruitment and create training programmes to train new and existing employees in the sales department.
- Monitorsupply and demand, competitor offers, and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.
- Forecastand create annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.
- Analyzemarket trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
- Understandand communicate the organization’s value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA will be a plus)
- 6 – 10 years of Senior-level sales experience.
- Prior experience in a leading real estate company is compulsory.
- Leadership skills.
- Work experience within the real estate sector is required.
- Sales skills, including experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and meeting monthly sales targets for the team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, and PowerPointpresentation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos is a must.
