Job Title: E-commerce Supervisor / Social Media Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • Responsible for updating, managing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of social media accounts.
  • Content publishing, engaging with followers, and community management.
  • Provide feedback to the retail team on customer feedback and inquiries received on social media pgaes.
  • Execute brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Content creation and management.
  • Community management.
  • Social media advertising & analy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about social media platform updates.
  • Performance tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification.
  • 7 – 8 years work experience.

Salary
N550,000 – N600,000 monthly
