Lovereigns Heritage Foundation is a NGO keenly focused on combating poverty and illiteracy and also promoting good health for all people. We are focused on enhancing a stable economic state by promoting women’s empowerment through entrepreneurship training, eradicating illiteracy in our society by providing educational opportunities for children from impoverished homes and the vulnerable as well as increase their access to learning thereby developing and strengthening their cognitive skills to better equip them for self-sustenance and also improving the wellbeing of those in our communities through medical mission.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Education Consultant

Location: Ogun (Southwest Region, Nigeria)

Job Description

  • An upcoming educational institution dedicated to providing quality education to young learners in the Southwest region of Nigeria is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Consultant to join our dynamic team.


  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for the successful establishment and operation of the school, including curriculum development, staff recruitment, facilities setup, and administrative procedures.
  • Curriculum Development: Design an innovative and engaging curriculum that aligns with national educational standards and reflects best practices in early childhood and primary education.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to our teaching and administrative staff, including training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of educational materials, equipment, and resources necessary for the smooth functioning of the school.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement systems for monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching, learning, and overall school operations, and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community to promote collaboration and support for the school’s mission and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in educational consultancy, with a focus on early childhood and primary education.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and accreditation standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Fluency in English and Yoruba languages is required; proficiency in French or other foreign languages is an advantage.
