Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Job Summary

• As an Electronic Assembler at ProForce AirSystems, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and quality control of our electronic products (Drones).
• You will be responsible for working with circuit boards, soldering components, and ensuring that all assemblies meet the company’s high standards for quality and performance.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and circuit boards following detailed specifications and schematics.
• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components with precision and care.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to circuit board assembly and component functions.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and automated equipment necessary for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects to management.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field or vocational training in electronics is a plus.
• Proven experience as an electronic assembler or in a similar role involving circuit board assembly and soldering.
• Proven experience in electronic assembly, with a focus on circuit boards and soldering (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Proficient in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, symbols, and circuit designs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, assembly techniques, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with various soldering techniques and tools, including handheld soldering irons and rework stations.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
