Job Title: Facility Manager / Estate Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The job description includes but not limited to:

  • Facility / property management
  • Liaising between the company and artisans
  • Negotiating maintenance / repair works quoted for by artisans
  • Tenant selection leading to good property management
  • Routine Inspection of the property in order to assess the condition of the property. The aim of this periodic inspection is to enable the manager ascertain the nature and extent of repair works to be carried out (if any) and the level of compliance of tenants’ contract and to stop any breach of such contracts.
  • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
  • Periodic preparation of schedules of repair, condition and dilapidation
  • Entertaining tenants’ complaints and acting on behalf of the property owner to take immediate action on such complaints.
  • Facilitate the preparation of documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds and leases.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
  • Candidates must reside in Ikeja or its environs
