Job Title: Female Account Assistant

Description
- Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Kuddy cosmetics isseeking for a dedicated Female Account Assistant to join our team and support our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and tax documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments.
- Organize and maintain financial files and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 0-4 years experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
