Job Title: Female Stylist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, style, and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments.

Hair Styling:

  • Execute a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in female hairstyling.

Client Services:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive and satisfying salon experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized services.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest hair care products and recommend suitable products for clients’ at-home care.

Maintaining Work Area:

  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

  • Promote additional salon services and retail products to enhance the client’s overall experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
