We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Recovery Agent
Locations: Lagos Island (Epe, Lekki, Ajah and Environs) and Lagos Mainland (Iyana-Ipaja, Ikeja, Ikorodu and environs) – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
Contact debtors and pursue payment.
Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
Any other task that may be assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
OND / HND / NCE / BSc
1 – 2 years experience in debt recovery in a finance company, microfinance or bank
Must live in Lagos Island and Mainland(Ajah, Epe, Lekki, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Iyan-ipaja and environs)
Must be street smart
Ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
Commitment to achieving performance goals.
Available to resume immediately.
Salary
N82,000 / month.
