We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • As the Field Sales Manager/ Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your region/territory by actively engaging with customers in the market, promoting their products/services, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth in a designated territory.

What should you do to be considered successful?

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set for the designated territory.
  • Identify potential customers to expand the customer base , generate leads, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay updated on beauty trends , new products, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as necessary.

What should you have Done in your Career?
You should have;

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (2 years) in sales. ( cosmetics or the beauty industry is a plus.)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a distributor team.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • You are pivotal to the company’s success, as you play a key role in driving revenue, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the effective distribution and promotion of products in the market.

Biggest Problem-solving duty in this Role:

  • Involves identifying and overcoming challenges in the sales process, from market fluctuations and competition to addressing customer needs and optimizing the sales strategy for sustained growth.
