Job Overview

  • We are expanding our team in Lekki and seeking a passionate and motivated Field Sales Representative to help us further enhance our presence and drive sales in the area.
  • As a Field Sales Representative at Eazzy Mart Lekki, you will be a vital member of our sales team, responsible for building strong relationships with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring revenue growth within your designated territory.
  • Your dynamic personality, strong communication skills, and proactive approach will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Build rapport, understand customer preferences, and address their needs effectively.
  • Promote a wide range of products available at Eazzy Mart, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Provide information and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
  • Actively approach customers within your assigned territory to drive sales and achieve set targets.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage product purchases.
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked and organized.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with restocking when necessary.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team to improve product offerings and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, including pricing, promotional offers, and customer engagement guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members, store management, and other departments to achieve common goals.
