Summary

  • We’re hiring a Fintech Program Manager to run our Fintech School by managing students, facilitators, and operations from enrollment to alumni engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all fintech courses (cohort-based & self-paced).
  • Manage inquiries, leads, and student onboarding.
  • Coordinate facilitators, course logistics, and alumni activities.
  • Run webinars, collaborations, and industry events.
  • Track processes and suggest improvements for smoother delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in fintech, banking, microfinance, capital market or related customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-driven.
  • Passionate about learning, fintech, and people development.
