Job Title: General Manager
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
Strategic Planning:
- Develops and implements the company’s strategic plan, vision, and mission.
- Sets and achieves business objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends to identify business opportunities.
Operational Management:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and administration.
- Manages and motivates a team of department heads, including sales managers, marketing managers, and finance managers.
- Develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Business Development:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, including property development, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and government agencies.
- Negotiates and closes deals, including property sales, leases, and joint ventures.
Financial Management:
- Develops and manages the company’s budget, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Oversees financial reporting, including financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Risk Management:
- Identifies and mitigates risks, including market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
- Develops and implements risk management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Human Resources Management:
- Develops and implements human resources policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversees recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Quality Control:
- Develops and implements quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversees quality control processes, including property inspections and customer feedback.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepares and submits reports to the Board of Directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including reporting, licensing, and permits.
- Maintains relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
Requirement
- 2 – 5 years of experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 / Month.
