Job Title: General Manager – Hospitality (Property management)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

  • The role is responsible for ensuring a 150% commitment to guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing revenues through effective financial management. As a key player, this position oversees the preparation of property budgets and forecasts, manages expenses to achieve optimal profitability, and monitors financial transactions. Engaging in sales activities, market outreach, and maintaining a dynamic and positive work environment, the role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue objectives and promoting guest satisfaction. With a focus on creativity and strategic thinking, this position ensures the overall success and appearance of the property, making sound financial decisions and serving as a reliable point of contact for property operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in Hospitality industry
  • Vast experience in property budget and revenue management
  • Exeperience as in Sales and Marketing Coordination

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
