We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Guest Experience Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Develop and implement guest service standards that ensure consistency across all properties.
- Train, coach, and motivate Guest Services Associates to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the guest experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Manage guest data and use it to personalize the guest experience.
- Have knowledge and experience with OTA systems and property management systems.
- Manage OTA channels to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue management.
- Increase occupancy and profitability by developing and promoting hotel services and amenities through up-selling strategies.
- Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of GR products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices.
- Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures. Address all guest complaints, concerns, or incidents in a polite, timely, and responsive manner. Managing front office sales accounts, client pool and host program. Suggest problem solving and service improvement plans to management. Comply with GR security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in guest services in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Frequent interaction with guests and staff
- Occasional long hours and weekend work may be required
- Frequent travel to various properties within the company’s portfolio may be required
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
