Dives Unisex Salon, a salon where men and women’s hair are beautify, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hair Stylist

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Consultation: Assess clients’ hair and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
  • Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform precise haircuts, styling, and finishing techniques tailored to client preferences.
  • Coloring Services: Apply various hair coloring techniques, such as highlights, balayage, and all-over color, ensuring optimal hair health.
  • Hair Treatment Application: Provide specialized hair treatments to address specific conditions or achieve desired outcomes (e.g., keratin treatments, deep conditioning).
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering personalized advice for hair care and styling.
  • Salon Maintenance: Ensure a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest hair products and tools, advising clients on purchases.
  • Continuing Education: Participate in workshops and training sessions to keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings efficiently to optimize client satisfaction and salon productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other salon staff to provide a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience.

Salary
N35,000 – N40,000 / Month.
