Ideal Staffing Agency is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: House Manager / Butler
Location:Â Lagos
Working hours: 6 days per week, full time
Starting date: ASAP
Duties
- Kitchen (inventory,stock keeping,hygiene, training of kitchen staff and table setting and etiquette).
- Fleet – Maintain best condition for cars, driver training on hygiene and best etiquette.
- Attendance, roaster, accountability.
- Security CCTV monitoring, security consciousness and continuous review of the house and environs.
- Health care – my ailing father who should have been in the family composition.
- Overseeing his nurses, their hygiene, creating and supervising his menu and food preparation and intake.
- Janitorial Services – Ensuring the houses under his supervision are very well maintained, cleaned and housekeeping rules are well adhered to.
- Staff Supervision – Training and ensuring and maintaining the best etiquette possible with all staff members, hygiene, uniforms, attendance,discipline,routine and roasters etc.
- Laundry Ensuring that the laundry man is handling al fabrics rightly and ensuring and implementing the right sense of duty to work.
- Travel…. He serves as, when necessary, an advance party to the Chairperson on trips.
- Recruitment – Be part of recruiting the best hands and staff for the house.
- Restocking and inventory of all items needed for the house.
- Daily routine checks of all the properties.
- Cost minimization on al expenses.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Certificate in Professional House Manager Services
- Accredited qualifications in hospitaity and home management
Experience:
- 10 – 12 years of experience in private households, hospitality, or hotes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing staff teams, and procedures.
- Age: 28 – 35 years.
Remuneration
- Salary: N250,000 Monthly.
- Accommodation: private bedroom with bathroom in a shared flat
