We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
- Attendance and Leave Management of all Expats.
- Salary Processing of all Staff Local and Expats
- Timely payment of salary
- Preparation of HR MIS for sharing with Corporate Office on a monthly basis.
- EE & RR Engagement Tracker
- Recruitment & Selection process of Local Staff.
- Salary negotiation with comparison of existing staff salary.
- Release of offer letter.
- KRA to fill for all Expats after 15 days of joining.
- Confirmation form to be initiated before completion of 06 months.
- Issue of Confirmation letter
- Maintain Confirmation Tracker.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR executive (essential).
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions in the factory and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
