We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Will be responsible for managing Central Park Abuja’s employees and overseeing all departmental functions including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and staff retainment strategy
  • Synchronized staffing and reporting systems.
  • Learning and training structures
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Organizational behavioral development
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Strictly maintain employee and workplace privacy
  • Plan interviews, orientations, leave notifications, training sessions, etc
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of CPA Staff.


  • Candidates should possess an HND / bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
  • High knowledge of emotional intelligence and empathy, click resolution, delegation and disciplinary processes
  • Ability to train and coach staff
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, time.task, and resources management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word excel, and outlook
  • Experience using HRM Software
  • Solid Communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Nigeria labor laws
  • Familiarity with budget planning & enforcement and customer service procedures
  • General business and management skills
  • Adequate knowledge of benchmarking processes and procedures.
