We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location:Â Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Will be responsible for managing Central Park Abuja’s employees and overseeing all departmental functions including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and staff retainment strategy
- Synchronized staffing and reporting systems.
- Learning and training structures
- Compensation and benefits
- Organizational behavioral development
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Strictly maintain employee and workplace privacy
- Plan interviews, orientations, leave notifications, training sessions, etc
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of CPA Staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- High knowledge of emotional intelligence and empathy, click resolution, delegation and disciplinary processes
- Ability to train and coach staff
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional leadership, time.task, and resources management skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word excel, and outlook
- Experience using HRM Software
- Solid Communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant Nigeria labor laws
- Familiarity with budget planning & enforcement and customer service procedures
- General business and management skills
- Adequate knowledge of benchmarking processes and procedures.
