We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources and Admin Lead

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, and administration
  • Staff compensation and benefits
  • Training and development
  • Employee relations and performance management.
  • Assessing job descriptions and contributing to them by adding job-specific tasks and responsibilities.
  • Internal and external compliance, and workplace safety.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Follow-up on company insurance and claims
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Staff onboarding and employment documentation process
  • Staff performance evaluation
  • Strategic HR and administration planning
  • Ensure professional development
  • Ensure Business administration and staff productivity
  • Preparing payroll data and very proficient in the use of Excel
  • Creating a safe work environment and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Manage company culture and handle disciplinary actions
  • Writing job descriptions, creating workplace policies and procuring benefits packages
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage state.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Update database and give report.
  • Work with sales team by following up appointments with customers.
  • Update staff files and records.
  • Reaching out to customers through calls and messages.
  • Fulfilling tasks set out by the management.


  • Candidates should be a graduate.
  • Must be a certified Human Resources Officer
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Proximity to Surulere is an added advantage.
  • Furniture or warehouse knowledge is an added advantage
