Lifemate Nigeria Limited is a professional furniture multinational corporation with 14 outlets distributed across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Warri and with core competencies in Home Furniture, Office Furniture, Hotel Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, Sanitary Ware e.g wardrobes, bedroom furniture, dining set, light fittings, jacuzzi, steam box, shower cubicles, outdoor rattan products, interior decoration et cetera.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Human Resource Manager
Job Level: Middle Management
Collaboration: Internal & External

Job Summary

  • As a Human Resource and Admin Offcer, you will be responsible for providing support for the development and monitoring of process flow relating to recruitment and employee retention, training, compensation and compliance.
  • You will also oversee HR Administrativefunctions as such, must be familiar with both areas.

Job Condition:

  • Maybe be required to work extended hours when needed.


  • Rendering support to the day-to-day HR/Admin Activities
  • Processing and updating employees’ data
  • Schedule job interview dates and contacting candidates
  • Supporting in the recruitment and induction process
  • Gathering and updating payroll data
  • Interfacing with external customers
  • Prepares report on monthly HR/Admin activities
  • Tracking of used and unused leave days, sick days, attrition rate, etc
  • Assisting in reviewing and enforcing company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Any other assignment that arises.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or similar qualification
  • Analytical, Data Analysis & Reporting skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and HRIS system
  • Ability to generate reports promptly
  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience in manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law & Conditions of employment
  • Experience in HR/Admin processes.
