Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern (with Legal Background)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Description

  • Did you study Law or related course or recent graduate with a passion for human resources and a desire to bridge the worlds of law and HR practices?
  • We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern with a legal background to join our dynamic team!
  • If you’re a dedicated individual with a strong legal foundation and an interest in the intersection of law and human resources, this internship is for you.


  • Assist in legal research related to HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Support the HR team in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and updated employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the resolution of employee relations issues with a legal perspective.
  • Support HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and legal principles.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about human resources and the legal aspects of HR practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
