Redeemers Health Village, a leading tertiary institution, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly qualified individuals to fill the role of an HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and repair HVAC equipment within its esteemed medical team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient equipment and facility operation.
  • Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations, and other related in-home service calls.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the business’s overall success.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
  • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer manuals, troubleshooting charts, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the healthcare sector(preferred).
