The company’s major shareholders include China National Building Materials Group and Legend Holdings. CNG has a variety of products ranging from colorless transparent glass, body coloring glass, energy-saving coated glass, automotive glass, car mirror glass, electronic glass, photovoltaic glass, home electric appliance glass, medical glass, etc., of which the online coated glass occupies most of the domestic market share. The products exported to more than 90 countries and regions around the world and are widely used in major landmark buildings both in domestic and abroad. Typical project cases include Guangzhou TV Tower, Guangzhou Asian Games City Athletes Village, Beijing New Science and Technology Museum, Dubai Metro Project in UAE, Haiyang Yasha International Conference Center., etc. The automotive glass is used in the front windshield of many world-famous high-end cars.

Job Summary

  • We are a leading Float Glass company seeking a skilled and experienced Hydrogen Operator to join our team. As a Hydrogen Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrogen gas systems and equipment in our manufacturing processes.

Job Description

  • Operate and monitor hydrogen gas systems and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient supply, storage, and distribution of hydrogen gas throughout the production process.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hydrogen systems, identify potential issues, and perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of hydrogen gas usage, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or abnormalities.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to hydrogen operation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor hydrogen gas systems to ensure proper supply and distribution.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks on hydrogen equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydrogen system malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality glass production.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report any safety concerns or incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of hydrogen gas usage and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Hydrogen Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the glass industry.
  • Strong understanding of hydrogen systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing hydrogen system malfunctions.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to hydrogen operation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.

Remuneration
The remuneration for this position ranges from N50,000 to N150,000+ per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
