Job Description

  • We are hiring a Junior Account Officer for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa.
  • This is an in-person role based in Lagos and Abuja, designed for a high performer who thrives at the intersection of sales support and strategy, Onboarding, product-market alignment, and growth execution.

The Opportunity
As a Junior Account Associate, you will:

  • Support Sales Execution: Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, documentation, and deal support.
  • Client Onboarding: Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup and activation.
  • Account Management Support: Help maintain accurate client records and support ongoing account needs.
  • Coordinate Processes: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Report Activities: Track onboarding progress, client issues, and sales support activities.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Performer: 2–5 years in Accounts management, sales support, or business development within fintech, tech, or financial services
  • Sales-Oriented: Interest in sales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good Communicator: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised & Reliable: Able to follow processes and meet timelines.
  • Based in Abuja or Lagos: Familiar with the local market and available for in-person work.
